  Got a living room set from there and it matched perfectly. The delivery and assembly was fast. Delivery guys followed instructions well and were friendly.

  When they brought our washer and dryer set, the moving men did not have the correct hook up tools, one guy asked to use ours and when asked for it back he said he lost it. He said it's somewhere in the truck but then took off. They even brought the same left side to our sectional. Due to health concerns with my pregnancy, I lost my job. I wasn't able to make each monthly payment on time. I requested to change the date (considering every bill falls around the first). They refused, I offered to make weekly payments, they said no, they can only accept the one minimum monthly payment. Later they changed my address in the system with another family, with the same last name. As David and I spoke on the phone he goes to argue with me about where I live, he then states that I moved from my previous address to a Cameron address. When in fact I have never lived in Cameron. He told me to borrow money from someone to make my payment, he even said ask your parents. So I asked him if I could borrow the money. He was very rude and unprofessional. He continued to argue with me about the fact that someone came out to my house, when in fact no one has ever came out to my house. I never received a phone call from badcock nor have I hardly ever received my monthly bill. I told him I don't understand why you would change my address when in fact you brought the furniture to my previous address. He continued to try and argue about it. I explained that I'm unemployed now, so every payment will be late, I also told them to come get the furniture and I have still yet to hear or see anyone to come pick up the furniture. He said he would have someone call on a Monday morning to come pick up that Monday afternoon and nobody came. He said they would be picking up the mattress set as well. I said why when that is paid for, he said because it was added on to the other furniture loan. I can't find a receipt to prove it was already paid off before I got the sectional and washer and dryer set. I'm just do frustrated with them and dissatisfied due to the lack of professionalism and communication. They say they will work with you but they do not.
