  I went here in 2012 and bought mine and my husbands wedding ring set. I picked up both our rings and they looked great! My husbands ring was supposed to be tungsten, after 2 days it was so scratched it looked horrible! we took it back and they did order him a new ring and it was a tungsten. I dropped off my ring to get the bands welded together. My husband goes back at the end of the week and picks them up and when I get home and look at my ring it is black and burnt under the band!! the inside part of the ring had been heated to must the ring was burnt and no longer shined!!! I was outraged!!! I took it back the next day and showed them they said oh it just needs to be cleaned and they "cleaned" it and it still was no better! I was so mad I didn't know what to do. I took the ring to a different shop and had them fix it the best they could and the ring was never he same! But it was the ring I was married with and I could not just give it up so I had it plated. about a year later he ring snapped in half and could not be fixed. I would NEVER EVER go back!!!
