  I would give them less then half a star my brother died and he had a gift card for in store credit they will not let me use it because they need him to,come in person and I tell them he died and now there's 120$ on a card no one can use that's pathetic. I will never go to Lowe's again and I'm a contractor. After all the money and time I've spent in that store and they give us no help!!!

  Placed an online order with Lowes. Most of it was for pickup and one item for delivery. They didn't have the flooring I ordered they said they called me didn't leave a message since I didn't answer the phone they cancelled my entire order. No email or notice. I understand removing the item that they didn't have in stock however canceling the entire order to include items that were on hand is annoying. What's more annoying is the non chalant attitude the cashiers at "Customer service" and the fact it took 30 min to figure out that my order was canceled and then another 10 to figure out why. Now I have none of the stuff for the flooring and I'm not getting the appliance that I was set to receive next week. Thanks Lowe's helpful like concrete floaties in the swimming pool.
