  My bed came with bed bugs! It was a complete and total nightmare. It cost me $1,100 for an exterminator to come out and get rid of them. I contacted Mattress Firm to let them know and hopefully for some sort of compensation but was told they could do nothing, that the bugs couldn't have possibly come from them. They 100% came from Mattress Firm! Nothing else in my routine has been different except bringing a new mattress and adjustable frame from Mattress Firm into my home. The bugs were found ONLY on the bed. They basically dismissed me and did everything short of calling me a liar. I did not appreciate being treated that way and being out over ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS of my hard earned money because Mattress Firm doesn't clean their trucks properly. Buyer Beware!!!!
